Cyopets is a site that welcomes all ages and supports differences. You should respect the values and opinions of all users at all times. You agree to following these guidelines of game-play as well as the Rules by creating an account:

1. Using Cyopets Artwork
Users are allowed to display Cyopets images on their own personal web pages for their personal use provided that they post "Copyright 2007 Cyopets, Inc. All Rights Reserved. Used With Permission" on each page with our pictures and/or text. Cyopets materials may not be sold or bought by any individual at any time, unless otherwise approved by Cyopets Inc. Owner/CEO.

2. Scamming, Hacking, Abusing Glitches
Any user found to be attempting to scam another user of items, Cyopoints, or pets will be automatically frozen. This also includes attempts to hack the Cyopets server. Users found to be knowingly abusing glitches will be frozen as well.

3. Number of Accounts Permitted
Cyopets users are allowed to have one account. Anyone found to be breaking this term will be warned, have additional accounts removed, and should the user ignore the warning, we will then remove the account. Cyopets users are not permitted to share accounts.

4. Using Your Creative Works
When you post anything including text, Cyopets related images, poems, recipes, or any other original creation, Cyopets Inc. has the right to alter and redistribute said creation at any time for any reason. It is also important to understand that when you submit a work to Cyopets, you are in turn giving them the rights mentioned above. All submitted works become the property of Cyopets Inc.

5. Respectful Demeanor
It is important to maintain a respectful demeanor at all times on Cyopets. You must remember that you are a guest visiting our site, and we reserve the right to prohibit access to any user at any time.

6. Auto-Refreshing
It is important to be honourable when you are playing games, including Cyopets. That being said, in order to remove the people who like to take advantage of situations like the random event system we have been forced to limit the number of times a page can be refreshed. It varies per page and if you think you were wrongfully accused then feel free to contact us using the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.
7. Dating Chat
Cyopets is NOT a dating service for you or your pets. Please refrain from posting or messaging about dating. We know you all have very active and accomplished lives outside the site, but when it comes to dating, please keep it off Cyopets. We are a site that welcomes all age groups and this type of discussion is obviously not appropriate for all ages.
