On this page we will describe several important things pertaining to the way that the staff team is run and operated. You will find a list of staff rules and requirements, information on who to contact if you have an issue with a staff member, and finally the powers that each of the levels of staff have.
General responsibilities: Administrators are responsible for developing new features and content, responding to all issues pertaining to the site, maintaining FTP and database records, paying monthly costs for running the site, modifying and updating current content, processing donations, and also maintaining a strong connection and satisfaction level with our users.
Specific Responsibilities:
Frank: Frank is responsible for designing new pages and developing flash content for the site. He also maintains the database and has vowed to keep Cyopets up and running. He also handles accounting and donation processing.
Juddster: Juddster is responsible for 99% of the coding done here at Cyopets. He also has been working to improve the SEO of the site creating backlinks and also forming strong ties with members of the virtual pet community. When something goes wrong, he is generally the person to bring it back to life. Any reports of bugs/glitches should be directed towards him.
If you have an issue with a member of Administration, you are urged to contact them directly, and if the issue is not resolved, please contact the opposite admin or a member of the management team.

Madcap: Madcap is responsible for updating the news and releasing new content. She manages database records and updates old content that is outdated. Madcap is responsible for user satisfaction and also handles support when it comes to issues with a fellow staff member.
Wooziness: Wooziness is responsible some of coding done here at Cyopets. He manages database records and updates old content that is outdated. Wooziness is responsible for user satisfaction and also handles support when it comes to issues with a fellow staff member.
Talani: Talani is responsible for updating the news and releasing new content. She manages database records and updates old content that is outdated. Talani is responsible for user satisfaction and also handles support when it comes to issues with a fellow staff member. She also works as an artist and flash developer to complete various tasks around the site.

General responsibilities: Artists are responsible for developing new features including but not limited to pets, items, avatars, and content for the site. Head Artists play a role in the process for artist application consideration. Artists are also responsible for reporting abuse to management and locking/deleting inappropriate content.
Specific Responsibilities:
Suelita: Suelita is a Head Artist. This means she is a person to contact if you feel someone on the art team isn't pulling their weight, or if you have an issue with another artist.
Clover: Clover is a Head Artist. This means she is a person to contact if you feel someone on the art team isn't pulling their weight, or if you have an issue with another artist. Clover also does some very special animated items for us.
If you have an issue with a member of Art Team, you are urged to contact them directly, and if the issue is not resolved, please contact Suelita or Clover or a member of the management team.
General responsibilities: Mods are responsible for deleting spam and unwanted content from Cyopets, and also warning and freezing users who continuously break the rules. Head Moderators play a role in the process for mod application consideration. Moderators are also responsible for reporting abuse to management and locking/deleting inappropriate content.
Specific Responsibilities:
Brittney: Brittney is a Head Moderator. This means she is a person to contact if you feel someone on the mod team isn't pulling their weight, or if you have an issue with another mod.
Xaspian: Xaspian is a Head Moderator. This means he is a person to contact if you feel someone on the mod team isn't pulling their weight, or if you have an issue with another mod. Xaspian also does some wonderful writing and character building work for us. He has helped with code testing and data building as well.
If you have an issue with a member of Mod Team, you are urged to contact them directly, and if the issue is not resolved, please contact Brittney or Xaspian or a member of the management team.
General responsibilities: Writers are responsible for supplying new content for the site including item descriptions, pet descriptions, world area descriptions, plots, and more. Writers are also responsible for reporting abuse to management and locking/deleting inappropriate content.
If you have an issue with a member of Writers Team, you are urged to contact them directly, and if the issue is not resolved, please contact a member of the management team.
No Staff member is to ever, under any circumstance will ever create an uncomfortable or unwelcoming environment for our users. This includes but is not limited to: flaming, insulting, belittling, or any other form of interaction that may be unwanted.
Staff members are to treat each other with respect at all times. Staff feuding will no longer be an issue. Criticism is encouraged only when it is constructive. Deconstructive criticism will be grounds for removal of staff status.
At this time, I will not set up any sort of quota, however if problems begin to arise we may have to reconsider this.
If you are seeking payment for a service provided, please contact a member of the admin team and they will add the CP to your account. Any questions regarding pay should be directed to a member of the admin team as well.
By accepting a staff position, you agree that anything you create for Cyopets during the course of your time here becomes the property Cyopets. You are not permitted to sell anything you make for us to another party without the written consent of Frank or Juddster.
Upon acceptance to the staff, you agree to set a good example to all other people who visit our site. By representing Cyopets in a positive light, we can improve user satisfaction and gain new friends and allies along the way.
Any staff member found to leak unreleased information or links will be removed from the staff team and possibly be banned from the site depending on the circumstance.
